More Than a Restaurant. Helping Dreams Take Flight.
At Papavero, we believe that a restaurant is about much more than menus and tables. It is, above all, a place for people to meet, share emotions and celebrate what is good in life.
For many years, we have felt that our responsibility extends beyond the walls of our dining room. That is why we are deeply honoured and grateful to have supported the Fundacja Mam Marzenie (Make-A-Wish Foundation) for so many years.
The Foundation works with children, who are living with life-threatening illnesses. In lives often dominated by difficult treatment and uncertainty, having a dream come true means far more than a moment of happiness. It can become a powerful source of strength — restoring faith in tomorrow and giving children and their families renewed motivation, hope and the energy they need in their fight for health.
Our way of helping
Being part of this mission is a privilege for us. We believe in sharing what we know and do best: creating memorable experiences around the table and bringing people together for something that truly matters.
- The Foundation’s Gala – Every year, we are honoured to support the organisation of the Foundation’s most important annual celebration, helping create an elegant and welcoming setting for an evening dedicated to gratitude, reflection and the achievements of the Foundation and its supporters.
- Dream Dinners – Dream Dinners is a unique initiative in which prominent figures from the worlds of culture, sport, science and media invite supporters to share an evening and a meal with them. Funds raised through the accompanying auctions go towards making the dreams of the Foundation’s beneficiaries come true. For many years, Papavero has been proud to support this initiative by opening its doors and welcoming its guests.
Our tables have brought together guests and inspiring personalities including a mountaineer Adam Bielecki, an author Monika Hoffman-Piszora, and a psychologist and a journalist Michał Sobierajski. Each of these evenings is about much more than meeting an extraordinary person. It is, above all, an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children whose dreams are still waiting to come true.
